I really love the texture of the paper that you used. It adds a sense of softness and whimsy that makes everything flow very nicely. The line of action in the reindeer is very dynamic and adds a lot of movement. You were very clever with putting black legs on a white background -- it adds a great sense of contrast and crispness. The fact that you left the hills bare and white shows great restraint.
One thing that I would criticize is the composition. The deer is just smack in the center. However, it does seem more of a character design type of illustration, and I truthfully don't know how I would change this compositionally. Overall, it's a very lovely piece.
